Josh D. made the whole process very smooth and was a genuinely decent dude. They gave me what I wanted on both trades and the whole process was non-adversarial (totally not the norm at other places). But for some reason that I don’t quite understand, Joe Machens Toyota seems to be the exception to that. I find that their parts are usually the best price in town. Their service is reasonable, too. I do like knowing that when I have service done here it is to spec on my Tacoma and the parts are genuine. Feels weird to recommend a dealership service and parts center but they’ve always been a good deal for me. ”
