I had an outstanding experience with the service department at Joe Machens Toyota in Columbia, MO. While traveling from out of town, I unexpectedly popped two tires and was worried about getting stranded. Kaleb in the service department was fantastic. He got me in on short notice, took the time to contact my home dealership to verify my coverage, and made sure my wheels and tires were taken care of under the plan. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Most importantly, the team had me back on the road in less than two hours. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service, communication, and sense of urgency. Excellent dealership with very helpful staff across the board. Shout out to Vinny Stump in sales, who helped us get a pair of new cars. Friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process very efficient. He worked hard for these sales! Also Coby Lehmann in finance, who was great at explaining the terms clearly in plain language.
Toyota worked me in and after ordering and receiving a tire rim iin about 4 days! Took a while to install but hey - it 's a Tesla! Thanks for the expert install. Drives like new again after hitting a deep pot hole on our fine streets of Cilumbia!
