So good I bought two! I went in to order a RAV4 for the wife and they showed me a new Sequoia, then let me take it home for the weekend on an extended test drive! Josh D. made the whole process very smooth and was a genuinely decent dude. They gave me what I wanted on both trades and the whole process was non-adversarial (totally not the norm at other places). The new manager apparently likes to sell cars, and it shows. Go now if you want a new Toyota!

I do a lot of my auto maintenance myself but when something is beyond my reach I bring it here. Dealerships have a reputation for being overpriced. But for some reason that I don’t quite understand, Joe Machens Toyota seems to be the exception to that. I find that their parts are usually the best price in town. Their service is reasonable, too. I do like knowing that when I have service done here it is to spec on my Tacoma and the parts are genuine. Feels weird to recommend a dealership service and parts center but they’ve always been a good deal for me.

Our car dealer, Lake, provided excellent service. He made sure to explain everything in a way that was easy to digest, and took very careful consideration of the fact we were first time car buyers. Our financing agent, Alex, was just as helpful, and informative! They both made the process easier than pumping gas, and we will definitely be getting future vehicles from this dealership. The both deserve a raise!

prompt , highly professional , when i arrived at the dealership for my appointment for car service my assigned person was Kellie I think , and she came right out to the car and was fully aware of what I needed. I especially appreciated being able to rent a car for several hours to use while my car was being worked on ; that rental at a very affordable price is a very convenient service. !

I had 2 recalls for my 2023 Toyota Venza. Software updates that would take 3 hours. They provided a ride for me to another facility. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Joshua Dykstra helped me out selling them a vehicle I had. Super nice guy and made the process super fast and easy and gave me good money for it after another dealership just down the road screwed me around.

I dealt with a salesman named Lake. I drove 4.5 hours from Nebraska to buy a mustang GT. Super fast. Simple. Straight forward. No issues. No hidden fees. And they’ve been great. I got an inspection like 2 weeks after I bought, it was on everuthing. The transmission. Suspension. Engine. Everything was perfect so they didn’t sell me a car with any hidden issues when some dealers have no problem doing it. 5 stars from me and thanks Lake

My mother’s car broke down while traveling and it was towed to the service dept at Machens. They took such great care of her even though it was near the end of the day. They got her safely back on the road and even called her the next morning to make sure she arrived safely. I’m so grateful for their care and concern for her.
